"These guys are pros. They did a complete tear off of a bad leaking flat roof including repair/replacement of water damaged framing and insulation -then a rebuild of a new and watertight roof. All in one day. They were fast and efficient.
And courteous. Max answered all our calls, emails, and questions -never had us waiting for any pre job appointments. Plus, bright and very early; but right on time with the crew on job day.
The deciding factor was when we saw the quote: Affordable. And detailed. We knew what materials , how much of it and it's itemized cost. Transparency builds trust for me. Which was even further backed up when I received photos of their work's progression along the way.
